Achei a ideia bem interessante mas também a serra pesada demais para a pouca potencia do motor. Talvez uma serra menor seria o ideal. De qualquer forma, eu gostei da ideia.
Just make sure the air inlets at the front are not disturbed or the motor will over heat. While these littles saws are fun they have no Riving knife for safety and are subject to kickback, these can do as much damage to your fingers as a large table saw if not more as there are no safety features in any of them like the Riving knife, brakes, emergency stops etc. Just be bloody careful using one and always watch for kickback and use a push stick and wear safety glasses.
Nice idea. I just think that, with very easy adjustment of sizes, a simple 710W angle grinder would be so much better in matters of speed and power and ease of use of AC voltage...

It's been almost a year since you built this. Would you please post an update on this project, the things you like about it, and any problems you ran into. I think it's pretty cool, I have parts ordered to build one, although I did order the bigger DC 895 motor.
I got mine running on 24 volts, just make a cooling system for it like I did, I added 3 5v fans, 2 intake and 1 exhaust and dont use a cheap power supply. it will last long.
Not the best choice of motor. Its too underpowered (or you know, a smaller saw blade), and all the strain on its little 4mm axle you slapped an adaptor on would just tear it apart fast. Great share though

Não sei se já fez mas há uma alternativa para fazer isso. Faz com um motor de máquina de costura doméstica. Dessas chinesas mesmo. Tem uma potência em média de 100 watts. Nesse caso será melhor fazer um mancal com dois rolamentos pequenos que se encaixem em um cano de PVC. A serra deve ser uma de diâmetro de 110 mm aço carbono copm 72 dentes. Pode adquirir na Loja Mecanico. Espero ter ajudado.
Cool video great idea, easy for me to make as I've tryed others out and they just got complicated lol, what voltage are you running the 775 motor? Are You running it at its full 36v or 24v

@@LaoZi2023 to be honest I run a table saw I made on a 775dc at 36v, these videos are just uploaded and forgot about they let the likes build up subscribers etc they have a few accounts at the same time,money grabbers more to life than being ignorant for a few quid.sorry about long replies but atleast I get back to you lmao.
@@stephencowley6226 , nice. I, on the other hand, am using almost all hand tools to build my shelves for my house I am building them for. Hand saws, wood planes, both Japanese and European planes, I do occasionally use drill and a circular saw. But I do try to limit the use as I am learning how we did things 100+ years ago.I am working on improving my mortise and tenon joinery, and looking into some Japanese joinery, using chisels and the above mentioned tools.
You should use at least 18 volts and 4 to 5 amps to get the necessary speed and torque in 775 motor to cut wood. Before that check the specs of the motor whether it can take up to 24 volts. There are lot of fake 775 motors available.
