Installation - Band
1. Fasten a rail fastener (attachment
device) on the lift rails. Tighten torque
must be maintained.
2. Connect the attaching device and band
by means of carabiners.
Notice: Ensure the correct lateral
alignment of the holes. A mark is
provided on the encoder for orientation
purposes.
3. Connect the Band, tension spring and
securing band with carabiners. A
distance of 75-105 mm (deflection 45-75
mm + 30 mm carabiner) from the lower
end of the tension spring must be be
ensured.
4. Hooking the carabiner into the
attachment device.
Notice: To ensure vertical mounting, the
carabiner should be hooked into the
same opening as above.
Fastening bracket and Encoder assembly. In order to carry
out later adjustments, do not tighten the screw firmly
Ensure the correct position, which depends on the already
mounted measuring tape!
Guide the measuring tape through the side opening on the
reading device. Check to ensure that the holes are correctly
aligned with the mark on the reading device.
Slide in the second sliding jaw.
Insert the aluminium strip from above into the insertion
slide-in until it reaches the mechanical stop.
Place the fastening bracket on the roof of the lift cabin and
make any necessary adjustments.
Screw the fastening bracket in place and tighten the
connecting screw
