Brats - any kind, any amount. The lower the carbs the better.
Sauerkraut - any amount, but we prefer the refrigerated kind from the grocery store.
oil - any kind just enough to cover the bottom of the Instant Pot to sear the brats.
butter - 2 TBSP
Garlic Pepper - season to taste
dried onion flakes or minced - 1-2 TBSP
pepper flakes - optional
After searing the brats in oil, add the rest of the ingredients into the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 18 minutes, then naturally release the pressure for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
