Instant Rava Appe | Healthy vegetable appe | Quick vegetable appe
Soak suji in enough curd and water for 15 minutes and add vegetable & salt. Give mixture a tadka of curry leaves & mustard seeds .Add baking soda just before preparing appe. Grease appe pan and heat on medium flame. Drop batter in each whole of pan. Cover and cook both sides. Serve it with peanut chutney.

Yes, use baking soda + lemon juice instead ( 1tsp eno = 1/2 tsp baking soda + 1/2 tsp lemon juice)
