your right on the rubbish front Pat, crap and rubbish thrown anywhere, some truckers don't do the rest of us any favours, i'm like you put it in a bin or take it home.Great long vid as well, loved it
+Roger Lanchbury yes Roger....on the A2 all the parking are broken at the entry and the exit....they try to park 10 trucks where there is only 6 spaces.....and for the crap and rubbish....it is sad that some drivers are too lazy to do 50meters and put all in the bins have a good week Roger

+Andrei Rares no..no..in belgium a lot of company do an adress (who is just a PObox or an empty office with returns of the telephone calls to Belgium) in Romania or Slovakia and makes the registration of their trucks in those countries and use drivers to drive here in the western europe.....those trucks never return to Romania exept one time a year for the tecnical controls the drivers go back home by busses or airplanes.......it is europe and a lot of western companies take advantage of this flaw in the system to make social dumping .... we can not say anything because that is legal but thousands of Belgian drivers have already lost their jobs......yes have a good week too

You put up with a lot of hassle crossing the channel now Pat. The migrant situation, long delays and the lack of safe parking and decent facilities at both ends. And don't get me started on the litter louts and the horn blowers. They are as thick as the shit they leave on the ground the lot of them. Yet we still get up every morning and drive. Why? Because it's all we know and the thought of being trapped in a factory is not for us. Another excellent production Pat. Keep it safe out there with the crazy people. Andy. ;-)

The wooden building at around 5:00 is a "Graduation tower" - its used in salt production. En plus, people go there to get healthy fresh air, like at the coast.
Hi Patrick... As always a really entertaining video... You mentioned about car drivers sounding there horn in the middle of the night..could it be drivers who have parked badly... Often along the A2 you see trailers parked out on to the carriageway.... Very dangerous....

Nice way to spend 1hr in the evening , as always thank's for the sub titles . Do you ever use Zebruge to Dover ferris .When i did loads to West Berlin in the early 1970s from the UK that was the route i used.Dover was much easier back then,but i had to put up with border crossing they were slow going , lots of papers to fill out. Still happy days , take care out there .
+MrRinkly no from Zeebrugge there are crossing to Purfleet,Killinghome Middleborough and Rosyte....yes at the begin of the 80's i used the Ostend Dover....Calais was faster but we had a problem with the transport permit ,the frensh asked us a transit permit but we had only french transit for italy or spain.After it was question of triangular permit ...from italy to the uk we had to transit by the belgium.....haha good old time of the douanes have a good week
Hi Patrick sometimes waste many hrs in douanes when the paperwork was not to there liking .If England come out of the EU drivers may need to learn how to do it all over again,still miss the job though.In retirment i play a lot of Euro Truck Simulator on my computer,aswell as watching your channel.Stay safe and in good health.

Je vis dans le Nord à 2 km de Lestrem donc des écoles de chauffeur routier il y en a quelque une je suis en 3° donc année décisive pour mon avenir et j'adore les camions depuis tout petit et le fait de voire tes vidéos mon donné une idée claire de ce que je voulais faire . D’ailleurs c'est juste une idée mais dans ta prochaine vidéo tu pourrai peut être parler de ce que tu pense que sera le métier à l'avenir après c'est juste une idée . En tous cas merci pour tes vidéos de qualités merci aussi pour le logiciel de montage que utilise qui est d’ailleurs très bien et surtout bonne route et je surveillerai la tête des chauffeurs de camion sitra que je croiserai ;-)

Good video. I liked that song towards the beginning, "Where I am...". Any idea who the music artist was? From 13:30 to 16:30. The Galengo? Can't find any trace of them online. "No one wanted to come here, no one wanted to stay".
Patrick, great choice with the music....could you tell me at 14:00 what this track is please? Calais is bad these days....I would love to drive Europe but coming back in stressful when people want to hide in truck...at least you have tanker - less hiding place!

Another great video Patrick. For all the time wasted crossing the channel -- would it not be better to go from Hook of Holland to Harwich? Tilbury is 1h40 from Harwich. Just saying.

you can have coffee but donuts are reserved for cops :) so maybe it could be better to not use Calais? your truck stops look just like ours.,..on InterState 80 there is a large truck stop with a nice truck museum. :) in our area, we have many Belgian people so we have a Belgian Honorary Consulate..nice, eh!
Curious. The way you came back to your depot on the N38. What is with that bridge to nowhere a few kilometer before? Was that supposed to be an extension of the A19 that never got built?
