Today I smoked up an easy, juicy crispy skin turkey! I used a liquid brine for 18 hours, lathered it in mayo, coated it in some drunkenchef spg and followed that up with some runnin wild foods peach rub and then Smoked it in the chargriller gravity fed 980 at 350 degrees for around 2.5 hours. This turkey turned out AMAZING, it was juicy, the skin was crispy, and it was loaded with flavor! I highly recommend this cook!
