This is absolutely adorable. This will be my first year doing an October Daily I hope it turns out. I love vintage Halloween everything. I want to go back to the 80's when I had a Strawberry Shortcake costume in a box plastic mask with the string and all which was my absolute favorite costume :)

My favorite costume was a bag of jelly beans made with a dry cleaner plastic bag over my body stuffed with colorful balloons.😂😂😂. And YES!!! BUY THOSE MARY JANE CROCS.

My favorite glue is Art Glitter Glue. Dries fast with a super strong bond. I haven't done Halloween Journaling before but if I had this one, I sure would. Yes these papers are gorgeous! I'm so ready for Fall! I've started decorating already. Yes, I've seen them. You should totally buy them. Always buy the shoes! Yes, just ink over them with dauber. Be sure you tape down the stencil so it doesn't move. Being Ted the bear from the movie. It was fun being a huge 🧸 teddy 🐻 bear. So much fun! PET tape is permanent. Yes, holidat crafting has begun!! Yes, do a Betty Crocker! I'd love to see you create one. I have a few I don't even use. That would be great. You could add to it from year to year. It's all very cute. I like the cohesive elements. I like knowing no matter what I do it matches. I love the skeleton! Great addition to an already awesome journal. It's the best hands down that I've seen. Ever! Yes, I love the Grabie box! My daughter was born in October. She loves Halloween. We go to Mickey not so scary Halloween. Than make journal of it. I like to use creative memories tape to make the journal. We also make Halloween bracelets. People trade them. My favorite Halloween custom was strawberry shortcake. We both went to a convention dressed as strawberry and lemon meringue. We are dressing up as up when we go to Disney this year. Love the fall.

Back in the 70's when I was in grammar school, my mom made me a gypsy costume, with the colorful skirts, jewelry, make up, etc. I won a prize for it. However, I don't think that theme would be very PC today!

My favorite costume was one my mother made my daughter when she was little. It was a "deviled egg" She made a fried egg and added a tail and horns. That same year she made my other daughter a "Mrs. Potato Head" with removable pieces. My son was "Joe Dirt" and my littlest wore a 50s poodle skirt! Such a fun year!

That turned out super cute! I think my favorite Halloween costume was when I Did Elphaba (wicked witch of the west) a few years ago. All exposed skin was green, lol. We have a Halloween parade every year in my town(SouthernOregon), and it was cute seeing little kids reactions 😂

At first I was gonna say PIRATES! cause our family had pirate costumes from going to Pirate Fairs back in the day. BUT...I think my fave costume is from a couple years ago when my hubby was a doctor and I was the OPERATION GAME Board...complete with a buzzing light up red nose and removable pieces! I love this so much!! Major Halloween Lover here!! The stencils can be used multiple ways… the easiest would be to sponge with ink… then you could go crazy with mixed media pastes or paints… you’ve got to experiment with them!! Addicting!!!!

The Mary Jane’s are cute, would you get the clogs or the stomps? I love all of this!!! I have never really done a Halloween journal, but have done crafts/cards. For stencils I usually dab the ink on over the stencil. I’m in love with this journal, you are so creative. Favorite Halloween costume, was joker and Harley Quinn, ( couples costume). I would love to use tape runners but living in Florida they do not hold up to the humidity even in the ac and those pieces just fall out of my journals. I use my glue stick..Scotch permanent and different sizes of scor tape the most. Just want to say I purchased the Grabie Halloween box after seeing this a few weeks ago with your code. Love all the items. The Halloween cat paper is great and the Halloween landscapes...well, my favorite is the bats with the street lights. I love the idea of Halloween crafting but now that my kids are grown, I don't really celebrate it anymore and so don't have much to journal about. We didn't have a lot of money, growing up in San Diego where Jack in the Box originated my mom took a square box, painted it and drew a hamburger, fries and milkshake. Colored then and added glitter. I wore tights/leotard I already had, and she made my face into clown with a homemade hat. She used crepe streamers and made the ruffle trim on the hat. I ended up winning a costume contest at school! ❤

I have started Halloween crafting. Not Christmas, but will soon since I need to make some gifts. Favorite costume: A friend I worked with had a Halloween Party and it had a theme. You had to come dressed as one of your favorite literary Characters. I choose Claudia from Interview with a Vampire. I had a blond curly wig and Victorian style dress. I even made myself a choker. I'm more of a Christmas gal than a Halloween gal, so I can't wait to see what you do with the ring binders you've bought. I use Scotch Create glue sticks and Art Glitter Glue the most. I definitely think you should get the Mary Jane Crocs in black. I think the Grabie box is great for those who love Halloween.

I don’t think I’ll be getting the box but definitely have to get the cat paper! As far as glue, I’ve been a tape queen for awhile, some stapling. I used fabric tac this weekend for the crayon box journal and may have found a favorite! I haven’t journaled Halloween but this year we are in a new house and can finally take my son trick or treating so I will have to document it since I love Halloween and horror movies too.

I have brought quite a few Grabie boxes before and you get tons of things to create with. I love them. Just a tip for stencils apart from inking and using pastes you can also emboss with them by putting them through a manual die cutting machine 😊xx

You can use paste and mix drops of ink to it then use a spatula to mix it together, place the stencil over your paper and rub the paste mixture over your stencil, let dry and then add these pages to your junk journal. I use score tape, glue stick and tombow adhesive tapes to hold my items down. I love the junk journal you created. 🎃👻

When putting in the pages, it’s easier to put in multiple pages at a time, so try putting them in order and then putting in 5 or so at a time. It’s also a bit easier with the covers on first. Love how it looks!

So fun Leah! My favorite costume is a witch. My sister and I were witches many years in a row. My favorite’s from my daughter’s trick or treat years were Dorothy and Little Red Riding Hood.

This journal is adorable! I will have to check out the grabie box. My favorite glued are art glitter and fabri tac. I try to never run out! Halloween was always a favorite time when my 3 children were young. I always made homemade costumes! One year my son was a scarecrow and I sew fake straw to all the cuffs and neck opening. He looked so precious!!
