That looks really nice. One of the great things about vegan food, is that to non-vegans it's just food and it's more nice things to try. Mum of Gabbers would be a great guest and we might even get a little bit of insider knowledge about you. After all, we all know what Mums are like. If you both can arrange it, it would be great if you could get Dodie on too. I'd love a duet with the two of you, you'd compliment each other so well.

You had me at the pan of mushrooms. I love mushrooms. My grandfather used to take me to a paddock where we would fill a bucket with mushrooms. Your shirt is very pretty ♥

I did think that this was the collaboration I wanted to see and thanks it’s great but now I’m really wanting your Mum and Harry, if you’re doing a long recipe get them on together. I will not try this recipe because I hate mushrooms with the same passion as I want you guys to release an album together. I am sure it would be beautiful music.
I'm not sure what and it depends if you're vegan or not, but you could always swap the mushrooms for something you do like. It's already replacing bacon, so why not replace the replacement. If you see what I mean. ;-)
lwaves I’m not vegan but I think it’s healthier to have some meals which are meat free and of course helping the environment a bit. Because I came to read your comment I heard Gabrielle actually say she’s done it with coconut so you’re clearly on the right track, thanks for your help.
i@@shearerslegs Yeah, I'm not vegan either but I also try to have meat free meals. Thankfully, I don't really care for beef, lamb or pork so I can avoid the Sunday roast versions of them, among other things. When I try this I'll probably use chicken and non-vegan mayo but keep the mushrooms instead of the bacon. Not sure yet. Hope you find something as it looks great.
lwaves all of Gabrielle’s recipes have looked good and I now have a playlist called things I must try because of them. I wish I didn’t like beef, I love a good burger and will be so happy when the impossible burger is available nationwide. But I know ruminants are worst for emissions so I make a small sacrifice in the hope that my nephews and niece get a better planet. I don’t really do enough but I try. I hope you enjoy it, chicken will probably taste better.
