I am glad a new product came out for cabinets. Not just Rustoleum any more! When I get a new place, I'm going to do this same process. Even go to Portland to learn the process!😊😊😊 One amateur trick is to put the hardware in seperate zip lock baggies then label them so you know where they go.
Stome coat counter tops. I get the durability on doors and such. My question is, how does it stand up to knives, hot pots and such for counter tops, islands and table tops? I am interested in re doing my kitchen but would the counter tops be more durable and lasting to use real granite, marble etc Thanks, I really am learning a lot. Look forward to my first project

Hola 👋 I was just wondering if you have a video on the new cabinet paint product and I scrolled down and bam!!! There’s the video 👀😳😃😜now I’m going to have to watch it again on the Tv in HD I want to see the details and have a better view of the finish…Y’all have a great weekend!!!👋😃👋
As a retired Painter/home remodeler guy there's a few technique tips I could chime in with, but I understand this is directed at DIY'ers, so I won't. Love your epoxy products. Did my 1st time epoxy coating on my own newly remolded kitchen and it came out beautiful. My only slight disappointment were the colors choices I made while mixing some containers up were too dominant. Next time I know. Keep these vids coming. Thx
Hey Mitch, you said this paint self-levels and won't leave brush marks. What about vertical surfaces? I just finished applying your countertop epoxy to my kitchen counters and plan to paint the cabinets next.
I'm assuming that with laminate cupboards that are already delaminating, it would be best to just get new doors? Those look really nice!! 👍 They fit well with Rhonda's country vibe!! 👏👏
The laminated doors and drawer fronts actually come apart fairly easily. I had one that was cracked so I took it down and the entire laminated part peeled right off when I pulled on it. The rest that weren't starting to separate took me a bit to figure a trick. Eventually, I used my heat gun and they all peeled off easily. Painting was easy once the laminate was removed.
Hey Mitch. What shall I do if I have a backslash that is apart of my countertop that has a rounded top. Puzzled if it will fall down on it??? Help. Thanks. Debra S. Surprise, Arizona
Great Work🥂 ? What to do if cabinet surface is made of wood chips & some surfaces are not smooth or a bit chewed up. Can i use wood fill or spakle to fill chewed up surface from water damage? Thanks appreciate your energy & knowledge.
Not painting over electrical outlets was a hot discussion that needed to be worked out before my then girlfriend became my now wife. She came around. 😄😉

Hey Mitch, you said on this video to use 1/4” nap microfiber roller. But on your website it says 1/8” (which I have been unable to find). So just making sure it is the 1/4” we are to use?.? Thanks!
Mitch, we bought a house with linoleum countertops. The countertop and backsplash are all one piece and continues up the wall to the bottom of cabinets. So its one big piece to handle without having to rip out linoleum repair sheeyrocj, etc. Trying to jeep it sumple
@ibrockinrobin67 great idea. What we thought about doing was placing butcher block on top of the existing formica staining the edges and then using a faux stone as the back splash. It's a porous stone so we'd have to figure out how to seal it. Perhaps using the wall method as a plaster and adhering the pieces to that to make sure there's no water penetration. Also, the butcjer block will raise the height of the countertop.
I'm thinking I want the nocturnal slate, BUT I've been trying to match my gray tile for a while and haven't found a good gray match that I like. Will it be possible to order sample swatches of the colors?
Hello Folks, does your Epoxy cure at low temperatures please ?? I tried a cheapo epoxy kit and it melted the Polystyrene. It was just a 10ml epoxy glue kit....... £1.99
The system is designed for that application also. Our primer will block wood tannins from ghosting though the paint down the road. Two thin coats is all that is needed.
