Okay I just realized that cardio and drinking water is essential, I used to be in swim team and I was always silk smooth and glowing, once I ended there and focused on muscle hypertrophy, my skin started to get bumpy and dry because lack of cardiovascular work and water

I would shave my extra facial hair but im a trans guy growing out my mustache & I used to have glass skin but im on testosterone which causes me to break out. It’s changing my skin texture from dry to oilier. My skin is still dry but it’s a combo now. Thanks for the tips

I love all of your videos. ❤️😍 I fallow my skin routine daily without fail. I do not use sope on my face. I use a charcoal facial cleaner fallow by pure detox facial foam. Then I apply my toner and spray facial mist . I apply hyaluronic acid drops on my face and neck and do my face massages. I apply vitamin C mixed with cells pan complex royal jelly. Then I apply my moisturizer followed by my face cream making sure I use lip balm to care for my lips. I finalize with a little 100% pure paraben free Vaseline. I do this day and night. I make sure to fallow Isaac's facial exercises morning and night. I drink enough watter, green tea and exercise daily. My skin has been improving and I look younger. 😌 😍❤️✌️👍😃
