Hi Everyone!
Today is a fast and easy DIY. You don't even need any special tools. We're going to be swapping out lipsticks into new tubes to get our favorite colors in glam packaging. The best part about this hack is that the only 'equipment' you need is a tissue.
First, you'll want to put both tubes (the fancy tube and the lipstick color you want) into the freezer overnight. That's the prep work, then it's an easy change out after that. This is a great way to reuse packaging you love, or to save a lipstick that's in a damaged tube and needs a new home. Hope you found this hack helpful.

Ahh! That was so much fun. I love this! I'm going to do this with my current favorite lipstick and put it into a beautiful vintage Italian lipstick case from the late 1930s. Thank you! Also, your eyeliner looks amazing!

Thank you! I have a pretty silver case from Clinique ( completely used lipstick ) that they don't make anymore, so will try with a new tube of Clinique same color. Will freeze overnight tonight.

I know this is a 2 year old video but had to comment anyway. Have a favorite Wet and Wild lipstick but don't use because I detest the case; never goes on "straight" and can make a real mess!! Going to try your technique and transfer it to a better case. Thanks for the info!

This is perfect bc I like collecting cute lip balms. I recently just got a rlly cute cat paw one but it has no color it’s just white and I don’t like it. I wanna put one of my favorite lipsticks in it but didn’t know exactly how until now . Hopefully it’ll work. I’m just worried if itll fit lol

It makes it significantly easier, for two reasons: it makes the sticks more solid and thus easier to handle, and it makes them shrink and thus release from their original containers more easily

This didn’t work for me when I froze them overnight… didn’t come out of the tube or even wriggle at all. Displeased that this ruined my new lipstick because now there are marks along the sides where I tried to pull it out 👎🏻
