EASY MODS TO TRANSFORM A VOLVO C30 

Wasn't expecting much from the splitter; however, it looks great. Love the carbon vinyl you've used - definitely ordering some of that!! Bought 3M carbon vinyl that looks dull so never bothered with it, that stuff looks legit. Not sure if you can just buy the badge (rather than destroy yours removing the tabs) although if you got something to epoxy a plastic stud on you could technically bolt the badge on (plastic nut and bolt). If that makes sense. Really like your plates too, I have gel plates although the 4D plates look superb, might need to go and get myself a pair.

Just be aware that you’re not allowed to park a car on a public road if it has no MOT.

You can repair that cracked grill surround with a little two part epoxy and some form fiberglass mesh or mesh tape from behind. Sand the area a little so it has some mechanical bite. Then if you want to sand and fill the front before wrapping, that's grand. Suprising how much that lower lip does for it.

That all looks really awesome! I randomly found your channel looking for Volvo mod videos. You have some nice work done on your older Brick as well. I really like your styling choices and mod choices. I'm planning to build an 85' 240 wagon or a 2 door if I can find one to turn into a wide body monster using a turbo 5 cylinder from a 2012 or newer car. Older school body, modern looks and motor tech. Slick exterior look with hidden shaved door handles, fender flares, and such. Sort of a retro Volvo that has a cyberpunk, Bladerunner feel to it. I am gathering ideals and planning the build now. People have told me I should just do an LS swap instead of chasing power out of a turboed 5 banger but I want to stay Volvo. If I was going to go outside of that I would get strange and use a 2JZ or RB23. If you have seen anything cool you could point me toward I would appreciate it. My last project was a 2004 V40 Wagon that won a few awards at local, regional & Hot Import Nights Car shows. It was pearl white, had the same grill you just installed, along with 3K weave carbon side mirrors, front splitter, side skirts, rear defuser & hatch spoiler I made myself. Rolled fenders & quarters with 18 inch white 5 spoke wide wheels, dropped 2 inches, adjustable from the dash, electronic damping coil overs and shocks, 2 inch strut tower braces F&R, larger sways, custom headers, 3 inch down pipe to split exhaust with side exit just in front of the rear wheels on both sides, bigger turbo, injectors, fuel rail, throttle body, ported and polished intake manifold, Accel high energy coil packs, wires, distributor, adjustable timing gears, custom cams, ECU chipped and tuned for 310 hp from original 195hp with top speed of 185mph. 1/4 mile time of 13.5 seconds @106mph. Bolt on work was me with tuning done by a pro. Sold the car more than 12 years ago.

I would not go on screw for for the lip just the self adhesive tape do it, my car is low and when it scrapes the rubber come off any way so I just replace it, but nice video

Hey, even though I'm a BMW G30 M5 owner I still enjoy your videos. I really think the original grille looks way better. I think LED fog lamps with a very hint of blue to match your paintwork will look superb. REMEMBER sometimes you can do too much and then it just looks like drug dealers car!

I've tinted my fog lights to yellow as well but also changed original 5000k leds to 3500k to make them look more yellow when they are on as film doesn't provide yellow light

Good job on the splitter.. but the mesh grille doesn't look right.. especially as the lower grille is still the honeycomb one..

I've used these splitters on most cars and there wicked for the money haha make a huge difference!!!

You need a wire twist tool to fix the badge on discreetly.You should get some coloured horns behind the mesh grille like they do on the Subaru’s and other cars.Good mods again.
