Mutton Curry _
A non-vegetarian recipe. made up of Mutton. it's very delicious 😋 recipe. u can enjoy it with jeera rice veg pulao plain pulao plain rice and roti.if u will cook it definitely u will love it.
preparation time _20 minutes
cooking time 40 _45 minutes
ingredients _
Mutton 1/2 kg
onion 4_5 chopped
garam masala_
jeera 1/2tsp
black pepper 8_10
cloves 5_6
big cardamom _2
green cardamom 3_4
bay leaf _2
cinnamon 1inch
powder spices _
turmeric 11/2 tsp
red chilli_11/2tsp
Coriander 2tsp
cumin 1tsp
Blackpepper 1/2tsp
garam masala 1tsp
salt 2tsp
refine oil 150ml
ginger garlic paste 2tsp
method _
in a cooker pour oil and wait for heat oil.add all dry masala saute it for 1 minute.add chopped onion and fry it till light brown.
add Mutton and 2tsp Salt and saute it for some time.cover it with lid and medium the flame. fry Mutton jn onions till it become golden.
now add ginger garlic paste and all powder spices .mix it well.fry it time to time and cover with lid till nice smell of spices.
add little amount of water whenever spices geot stuck in pan bottom.
when spices cooked well and Mutton half cooked. add 1 glass of water.mix it and lid the cooker.keep it on high flame until one whistle.
low the flame and let cook for 10 minutes.
spice tasty Mutton curry is ready.
