I know I run solo as well, but the game is ment to be cooperative not just 1 person fighting hordes upon hordes of undead but a team of people fighting them

Similar steps to outbreak. It seems this one is harder than outbreaks egg and they’re slowly amping up the difficulty. Now just get rid of the armor mechanic and bring back starter weapons and point system

@@DariDPRx19xit takes awhile u have to wait sometimes like till after halfway through rez life. What i do is just wait and if it gets to small just use ur self rez or have someone use the heal aura but i can confirm lv3 dog does heal in dark aether zone

That’s what happened to me because I joined a random as he was killing the mega abomination so i Started killing the mega with him. After we killed it a rift opened up and had a Sigil in it. At the time I had no clue what it was for because I still haven’t done the act 4 mission yet and yes I did all three acts already I was just waiting but come to find out after countless tries of trying to get these Easter eggs with no luck come to find out I was always able to open the rift the entire time. At the time I didn’t realize why i couldn’t get any Easter eggs no matter how many times I tried and then I seen this video and realized that mega abomination that we killed on that little island was the literal end of that eater egg hunt and now I realized that big triangle shows up whenever I go near the tornado. The very first time I went to the tornado it would say that way and now every time I do a T-3 contact I get Sigils. I guess I skipped that part before I even knew what was going on. It would have been coo to do it myself I usually play by myself and one of the only times I played with someone els I get to miss the hole fun part about this Easter egg hunt.

I was watching his stream yesterday and he was getting the same thing and so were others in the chat it's bugged and sometimes the pedestals just don't work

I guess I’d say get prepared for it, but don’t use your items right at the start. Drive there first, makes sure you can place them, and then proceed with your normal gameplay. If not everyone exfils and tries again in a fresh game.

I tossed my gun and the team and I circled until it showed the prompt. Probably took 5 mins to place them but we managed. Keep circling it slowly until you get it

I am just going to wait for more patches, there are clearly issues they can't not address and quickly, this is a $70 experience for many of us and they are treating it like DMZ, this is no Beta and we should put a lot of pressure on Activision as a whole to let them know they are killing engagement not adding to it. No way Activision want anything but MWZ players in the game as much as possible and Season 1 so far is an L for basically every solo and many casuals and they NEED the casuals to engage. If you are on socials, say something and make it as loud as we can. Change can happen but only with our wallet (Bundles) and ahh I guess hashtags? 😅

@@josiahcutler4581 well the podiums all have ammo mod symbols on them, so it makes sense you’d have to do something with each mod. They probably put the mods on and just ran around doing random things tbh. Cause for that one specifically I feel like it would be easy to realize by accident. I use brain rot pretty often and do a nest almost every game, but I really think a huge part of these things is the community. I think when they stream a lot of times it’s random people in the chat telling them and figuring things out. Because if everyone is trying to figure it out then there’s a good chance that someone will stumble upon the answer.

Nonsense, I've already done it solo as have I done everything else. Every mission in the tier 3, it's all do able.

​@kurtisjayy you've gotta understand though, zombies is a mode iconic for its solo play. I mean it's always been just as good if not better to solo, it lets you reach higher rounds and longer games, so I wouldn't be surprised if at least half the zombies community is solos. So it is pretty annoying to see we can't do the new stuff really.

Facts, I just 2 duod the worm no torrent in sight. Just stand on the bridge on building in front of worm on beach. Easy

Solo is a bit harder because the worm won’t resurface for a solid minute and a half to two minutes if no one is on the beach so you end up fighting time and not the worm itself. I’ve fought it between 15 and 20 times solo and with randoms and only had the turret there on my first go. So I’m starting to think they just removed the turrets and none of these RU-vidrs have done it more than once and just made their videos and cashed out. That’s why I made sure to voice it in the comments because every video people keep saying to bring turret mods in and all these new people are going to waste inventory slots on them when I’m pretty sure they removed them from spawning on the beach.

@@Grxmm228 i did it with a one friend yesterday for the act 4 and had a turret mod and a turret there dont think they removed it but i could agree with they did it once and havent done it since xD

Not impossible, just very hard. I agree with you that I wish they'd make it a little more solo friendly as a mainly solo player myself, if anything give more time in the Elder Sigil Aether Portal instead of the 15 mintutes, give like 30. But It is possible.

@djpodgeqdance Not impossible. Just very unbalanced. Need a mobbing gun like the grenade launcher maxed out then a bossing gun like the tyrs. It's doable, just very hard. The escort is the hardest.

The pedestals are sometimes bugged so you can’t place the items but it’s been noted on the trello board

Yeah, turrets are never guaranteed. Worth bringing maybe two in case they’re in convenient spots.

@jammiedonut6934 I was with a squad of 5. I'm pretty sure you can though. the worm never looked my way. If you have a turret or turret mods you can set them up to deal with zombies that gather below.

Try it solo the aether worm typically sets its focus on one player it doesnt attack all players at the same your teamates most likely just had it distracted so it wasnt going after you.

This is wrong. We got the dog bone from the outlast contract, but it can be assumed each of the 3 schematics are tied to a contract when you load in so there's no duplicates.

Sentry guns bro. I brought in 6 of them made it 10x easier. I'd recommend staying on the road above also the beach is a death trap

I have the diary but i cant get the other items, even after shooting 60+ cysts with brain rot.

You shot a cyst once or twice with brain rot then approach it and open the brain rot cyst with square, then the pils are inside the popped cyst, you have to pop it with square once its brain rotted though

@@jordanvannuil8301 yes I know this, i am saying it just would not work for me. I shot 100+ cysts by now and no brain rot, when i went to bed i had my friend test and he got it first cyst. It is literally broken for some people.

I found it easier solo, my teammates when I did it with randoms kept killing the zombie outside the zone and it screwed the timing.

Naw I’m having the same issue. I’ve tried like 20 times. In a few games I was able to place 1 or 2 items and then there was one game were i was able to place 3 of them. But most games I’m unable to place any. I’ve given up for the night 😴
