YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS:
* 2 pkg 8 oz Philadelphia original cream cheese
* Vanilla extract
* KNOX Gelatine Unflavored
* Whole lemon
* 3 Pounds fresh strawberries
* Salt
* Corn Starch
* Sugar
* Honey Made Graham Cracker Crumbs
*Unsalted Butter
RECIPES:
* GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
- 1 1/4 Cup of Graham Cracker Crumbs
-1/4 Cup Sugar
- 5 Tbsp Melted butter
Combine all ingredients, bake for 350 6-8 mins until golden brown.
* CHEESECAKE FILLING
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1 Env KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
- 1 Cup boiling water
- (2) 8 oz Pkg softened cream cheese
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
Follow instructions on the back of the KNOX box.
* STRAWBERRY TOPPING
- 1 Cup mashed strawberries
- 3/4 Cup water, or more if needed
- 3/4 Cup white sugar
- 3 Tbs Cornstarch
- 1 Tbs Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 4 Cups sliced strawberries
