Same! I just finished a butterfly blanket for my new baby grandson…. Lord have mercy!! I need a long break from a stitch where I have to count and count and count and count!! 😑😑 The blanket turned out just amazing and it will for sure be a keepsake blanket….but it was 5 weeks of crochet 5 hours a day… no music, no RU-vid… nothing… just counting… and I’d get up from sitting (for like a potty break) and I’d have to write down where I stopped …. It will be a long time before I attempt a stitch like that again 😂❤ So this lovely stitch is a true blessing! It’s so lovely also!!
I love the way you say: "skip skip"", it always makes me picture my sister & I skipping along as kids. And when I'm doing your stitch, like this adorable Lil' Tulip, it's just easier to remember (AND it makes me smile!)
Thank you Crystal. Everytime you show us a new stitch I want to stop what I am working on and make something out of the new stitch that you just taught us. You are a wonderful teacher. I have so much crocheting confidence because of you.❤
Thank you so much. I made a blanket from your tutorial and it's the first time I've crocheted(I'm 63) and your instructions were so easy to understand and really helped my confidence!
Love your stitch tutorials. Especially the one row repeat...so much easier on my memory. I know I will figure out a use for this stitch soon. Thanks Crystal!
I’m a beginner crocheter and this Tulip pattern looks so fun. I can’t wait to get started. I want to make granddaughter a scarf. I think this would work for that. ALSO, I love the way you “show how”!
I LOVE ❤❤❤ all these stitch tutorials. Especially the "1-row-repeats" because they are GREAT for hat & scarf sets. Now that we are in August, I'm starting to make hats/scarves in prep for winter sales and donations to schools/churches. When the pattern looks the same on both sides... well gosh, that's just a big plus! Thank you so much for everything you do, Crystal! I appreciate you! 💜
That’s absolutely beautiful. Thank you Crystal so much for this beautiful tutorial of the little tulip stitch. I love one row repeats they are so much easier to follow and to crochet with. That would be beautiful for a scarf or a blanket. 💗 🧶 💗
Hi Crystal!! I love this stitch!! I also love the color of your yarn for this!! It’s totally beautiful!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing this stitch with us. May God continue to bless you, your family and your channel!!😊
That would make a lovely finishing border! That you for all the teaching! I'm getting better with each of your videos. And, of course, I love to talk about yarn!
I like to write out stitch instr so can remember how to do these but this Lil Tulip looks nice n easy. Snappy looking. Good for bags... heavy stuff....hmm. Holiday season is nigh ya'll. Many blessings of a nurturing nature. 🌻
If you chain 2 at the beginning and then put a DC in the first stitch, ch 2 and put the sc in that same stitch it gives the pattern a scalloped edge, very pretty for s blanket. I've waited a LONG time for Crystal to demonstrate this stitch. Thank you Crystal.
