Thank you so much! I run a YT channel for tumbler tutorials so I am pretty comfortable in front of the camera but food videos are much different than being covered in dust and glitter in my garage.. hahaha

how does this freeze? Also how long is jarlic or tubes of ginger good for?

hi there! so ginger in a bottle or a tube can usually last 2-3 months in the fridge so thats super convenient!!! .. as far as the freezing, you would want to cook your chicken without the sauce.. bring it to room temp and then move it to a large zip top bag... make your orange sauce, again bring to room temp and add that to a separate ziplock bag and then freeze them.. you want to keep them separate.. then when you are ready, remove from the freezer, defrost in your fridge overnight and then warm up on the stove and serve with some fresh rice :)
