Beautiful flower and good demo, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t follow your final series of folds as your fingers moved too quickly and blocked some movements. Someone eventually showed me how to do them, and it could be shown more slowly and deliberately, which is necessary, as this is the most difficult part of flower to complete.
Thanks Anne 🤗❤️ And thank you for your feedback... If you find it helpful, RU-vid gives you the option of slowing down (or speeding up) the playback speed, when you watch the videos 😊💪🏻 Sometimes if I'm watching videos, I take a screenshot and zoom in on it to see specific details... Hope it helps a little 🥰
I had the same problem but Origami Princess's idea helped me a lot. Thanks Origami Princess for the idea of making this flower helped me to decorate my project.
Wonderful design but I 100% agree the last parts of the fold were beyond me. I tried slowing the video down to 25 % and I still didn’t understand how to get the final folds. If anyone can guide me through the final steps I would appreciate this.
Hi! What a beautiful flower! I had the same feelling about the end of the foldings. The bottom part was darker and impossible to see what was the last movement after the folding petal. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful work.
Because of the dark paper, I had to invent many things with my own logic. I couldn't make the flower, but my imagination and creativity increased. thanks ☺️
Wow, that was not easy. There is an art to this flower beyond just "fold to the line" etc. My first attempt looked terrible. The second was passable as I learned to shape the petals better, but I still can't figure out how she got the last series of folds to look so even and geometric. It's so beautiful though that I will keep trying! Thanks for the video
If I get to the part where I need to cut the paper I do exactly what gets shown on the video but my paper splits into two pieces I’ve tried like ten times and the same thing keeps happening
@@-Amichi- You're folding from the wrong edge. the pointed end needs to come from the folded side of the paper, not the split. It then becomes the center of the hexagon. In other words, the corner that meets the "x" at minute 0:50 needs to come from the folded side.
this aint easy im stuck already but i recommend 2 things: 1. USE A LIGHTER COLOUR TO FOLD 2. put the speed at 0.5 so that you can see how she goes while doing it at your own pace
The flower is really pretty but I can't see well the last (and most important) part, is so frustrating. It would be great if u could give us the directions instead of the video alone :(
Hi Fernanda... Sometimes it helps to slow down the playback speed. You can do that by clicking on the videos settings. Hope that helps... I'm cheering on you 🤗❤️
@@OrigamiPrincess i did it but still cant see anything. thw papper is too dark and we cant see your moves even we put it in slow motion. My papper all the time tears.
@@OrigamiPrincess wow that was so wrong because no matter how slow it is, it's not that apparent. dark coloured paper and your fingers blocking the view while not showing the pattern clearly is definitely the main problem here.
I adjusted my contrast and brightness on my screen but I can just make out a big purple blob and cant tell what exactly is really being folded. I'll maybe try watching a few times? Better lighting? or draw on the folds so that we can see them maybe? Thank you
I have noticed there are specific methods where the fingers go to bend appropriately, it a whole new language with our hands that makes this so beautiful
The final folds locking the petals into place were just dark to figure out. Played it slow, played it over and over again. My paper is torn and unusable. How can you show the folds more clearly?
I loved this. But due to the dark color of paper, most of the folds are not clearly visible. Anyway, I'll check the previous sakura video of yours. You're doing a great job btw. Lots of love💜
Really hard to understand the folds. It would have been better if you used light colour or white paper as your background is dark.. The last part of the video was more hard to follow. Please upload proper tutorial that all even beginners can follow.
To lower the speed tap the screen while it is playing. in the top right hand corner is a control button. Tap it to find various speed levels. I use slow motion often. 😊
Allahım videoyu izliyorum izliyorum nasıl yapıldığını öğreneyim diye sadede gelipte ortaya birşey çıkana kadar canım çıkıyor. Harbiden aşk ve sabır işi 😂
Well, you shouldn't call this flower tutorial easy, it's misleading. It was very difficult to follow the instructions after the pentagon part (even when watching on half speed)
I call it easy because I think it's easy. I do not know what people will think. Some will find it easy and others will not. I hope you can find other videos that is easier for you 😊
@@OrigamiPrincess Ok maybe i will :) Since it is a tutorial and i read that other people in the comments are struggling too, i think it would be good to show the folding steps a little slower bc at least for me it is hard to follow the tutorial The flower is beautful tho
@@OrigamiPrincess. What is the weight of the paper you use for flowers? Different brands have different thickness. Too thin tears, too thick hard to fold. I made origami Xmas trees last year. Really fun. And just made your Lotus flower last night. That's the extent of my skills. LOL
Thank you for the video, but some instructions/subtitles would've been great. I've spent over an hour and haven't gotten halfway through it yet, and unless someone already knows how to do this, it's extremely difficult to follow along 😭
yah at 3:30 if you mess up, its tough after so many bends, it requires practice to be delicate, graceful and intentiona lon everybend so each bend is crisp to manipulate, beautiful but needed to stop lol,
Yes... It's challenging to get the light 100% perfect, which means that sometimes the folding-lines is a little difficult to see perfectly. But I do my best 🤗❤️
I don't know how old this video is but whatever, I'll say it anyway. I was confused my first time watching this video as well. But after watching it again I think I figured out what she's doing. So when the pentagon is done and you lay it flat you'll notice some of the ridges go up and some go down, she's changing the directions on some of the folds to get it to shape up like the triangle that you see later; where 3 folds are oriented on the left, and two on the right. That's how she does that particular step. Haven't watched the rest of the video yet lol. Just thought I'd share that with y'all.
I couldn't get the last part of the video sadly. One of my japanese coworkers suggested that you use brighter colored paper so it's easier to see what you're doing.. 😢 My kids were a little disappointed we couldn't finish. Thanks anyway 🥰
