This is one of the best tutorials I've seen on youtube, you move at a nice, even pace, explain each step clearly, and keep your fingers out of the way. Thank you very much for creating and uploading this! Also I love my phoenix, it's so majestic.
I'm crying, I've been trying this and it is so hard💀 he literally said “easy” and it's so hard but I managed after 2 - 3 try. I recommended if you are pro lol :D
Hello Kevin, hope all is well, I finally got around to making the Phoenix and it looks great, the paper I used was thick so some of the folds were tricky but worth the effort, great tutorial, thanks for sharing
Excellent tutorial. I tried this one using a 12-step instruction sheet first but didn't like how it looked. Then I tried another with this video and it came out a lot better. Still a little weird that the tail is below the rest of the body, but guess that is supposed to be the case.
Excellent teaching method ,to stop at important points, let the viewer see without your hands ,or just freeze or bring ing it in close. Its perfect.,except for the Muzak.
I used tissue foil (tissue paper glued to aluminum foil). Tissue foil is really malleable and holds its shape in any position. I could move the paper slightly and it would stay in place while I took the photo.
WoW Kevin I see from my comments the first time I folded this was 4 years ago, I just did it again and it looks better than it did the first time, thanks for sharing
Tries to follow along.... Struggles.... Rips paper.... Ruins folds.... Ends up mimicking Jim Carey balling up paper and saying "A goose!" before tossing it away...
