1. Recipe: PASTA CARBONARA
INGREDIENTS:
• 240gr spaghetti
• 240g of smoked ham
• 3 egg yolks
• 150ml cooking cream
• 5 tabelspoon of grated Parmesan cheese
• salt, pepper
• 5 tablespoon of olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. put 2 liters of water, 2/3 spoon of salt in a large pot and put it on medium temperature.
2. when the water boils, add the spaghetti to the pot and cook until al dente.
3. while the spaghetti is cooking, cut the ham or bacon or pancetta and put the olive oil in a large pan, when it heats up to medium temperature, add the ham, bacon and fry slowly until it is a little crispy and then set aside.
4. Meanwhile the spaghetti are cooking, mix the eggs, cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl with a whisk.
5. when the spaghetti are cooked, put it in the pan on top of the ham and add 1 dl of the water in which the pasta was cooked

2. Recipe: SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS
INGREDIENTS:
• 200 g of spaghetti
• 450 g of ground beef
• 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
• 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons of onion powder
• 2 teaspoons of dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon dried basil
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1/2 l of tomato sauce
• 1 egg
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. put the beef, egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper in a large bowl and mix all the ingredients very slowly with your hands for a short time so that all the ingredients are soaked.
2. form the mixture into meat balls the size of walnuts.
3. then heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the meatballs at a medium temperature, turning them from time to time until they brown on all sides, approx. 5-6 minutes
4. now pour the tomato sauce into the pan and cook at a low temperature for approx. 10-13 minutes so that the flavors and aromas intertwine
5. while the meat balls are cooking in the sauce in an another pan where you have 1.5l of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package, then drain and place in the pan on top of the meatballs with the sauce
6. mix slowly and serve warm

3. Recipe: PENNE WITH ROASTED VEGETABLES
INGREDIENTS:
• 200 g penne pasta
• 2 pieces of red pepper
• 3 pieces of small green zucchini
• 1 piece of red onion
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 3 tablespoons of olive oil
• 5 leaves of fresh basil
• 1 large handful of grated parmesan cheese
• salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. cut the pepper into strips, cut the zucchini into rings, cut the onion into thin slices, chop the garlic and cut the basil into strips
2. heat the oil on a high temperature and add peppers, zucchini, onions and fry for 3 minutes and then add the garlic, salt, pepper, and grated basil and mix. Fry for another 4 minutes and add another 1/2 dl of water and fry until the vegetables are cooked but still crispy to the bite
3. meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
4. drain the pasta and place it in the pan with the vegetables, add another 1 dl of the water in which the pasta was cooked and mix
5. add parmesan and basil, mix and serve
