Beautiful hand made photo frame with stand. Made from cardboard sheet, clay, and paper.
Required items:
1. Thick cardboard sheet
2. scissor
3. Brown paper or any colored paper
4. Modeling clay
5. Scale
6. Glue
STEP 1: Make frame and base
- Draw square frame with a thickness of a scale (keep the photo as the reference and draw around it)
- cut it out
- Make the base from cardboard sheet
STEP 2: Make Clay flowers( Roses) and leaves
- From clay ball role you can make 2 roses
- Using comb make clay leaves
- Role clay to make creepers
STEP 3: Decorate
- Use imagination to arrange flowers, leaves, and creepers
- Use additional decorations like sequence or butterflies made from clay or paper.
I have arranged clay flowers in 2 different designs and different colored paper. Experiment with different color shades and decoration items. You can make rich looking photo frames using easily available and cheap materials with a minimum amount of time. I started my craft work during this lockdown. So anyone can do it easily. Let’s spend our time to make some creative stuff and use the stay at home time effectively.
