Here we go....
the easy and very old way of making pickled sausage. Even sausage and eggs if you have them around.
1L jar with lid
fully cooked deli sausage ie: smokies, wieners, bratwurst.
3/4 cup Red Hot (or preferred hot sauce)
3/4 tsp dill seed
vinegar to finish.
Voila, in two to three weeks you have the thing that will cause a addiction for you and even not that bad for you.
