Jen thanks for this I also just subscribed! Excellent video. I think you also have a Zoom Podtrak P4, do you connect your P4 go your computer when you use Libsyn Connect, if so any biggies to know about doing this? I believe using Podtrak would allow someone to make a backup of the audio. THANKS AGAIN!!

Thanks! I think I used a USB mic for this one. I haven’t tested it with my P4, but you should be able to use the P4 as the audio interface for your microphone.

Thank you, Jan. I’ve got a play around with it a little bit. I’d prefer to have a back up through my track, but hey maybe I’m just being too fussy about this. I could just do the recording directly through connect right then I can do my post production things that I would normally do with the track, intros and intros and things again thank you so much.

Am I the only person that can't hear myself when I'm recording? I can hear the guests just fine but can't hear myself so I know it's not a headphone port issue. Any ideas?

Tell me more about your setup. It's probably a settings issue. Are you using an external microphone?

@@BrassyBroadJen USB mic into Mac laptop. There isn’t a headphone Jack on the mic. Headphones out of laptop. I’m getting signal into the computer because I can adjust it in my sound settings and it records but I just can’t hear it while recording. I can hear my co-host.

Hmm..I'm not sure what is causing this.
