I treid this recipe when i was alone at home and it turned out so yummy thanks to aishwaryas home

2 tsp oil 1 tsp garlic 1 tsp ginger 1 chopped onion. Saute for 3 min. 3 Potatoes sliced raw. Fry the potatoes till golden brown. 1tsp chilli powder 1/2tsp cumin powder 1tsp coriander powder 1tsp salt 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/4 tsp turmeric powder Mix well. 2tsp curd. 2 cup boiled rice. Mix well. Serve hot in the plate.

Tried making it, I think I put to much spice because it was very spicy. I think what also contributed to that was because I don’t have curd. But the aroma while cooking, is amazing!

Good method. Aloo is preboiled or raw cut? U didn't mention this. Please clarify. But I suppose it must be half boiled??

Good recipe. Lekin non-stick ki kadhai par steel ka chammach mat istamaal kijiye. Isse hanikarak aur poisonous non-stick ki coating thoda thoda kar ke khaane mein aa jaati hai. Isse kadhai bhi jaldi kharab hoti hai. Always use a wooden spoon with non-stick ware.
