The holidays are approaching and I just thought of something with these. Now I don't know if it's out there, but I never see it in my store, but we love sweet potato pie. This would be great with that filling. I will do the pumpkin again but I'm going to look for sweet potato pie filling, if it's out there we'll have a selection 😁😋 thank you again Catherine ❤️

Apple sauce would be too wet. You can take the apple pie filling and blend it smooth or like some replied earlier you can use apple butter, which sounds delicious. I hope you enjoy.

I see you have to do the same thing I have to do when it comes to the family favorites. I have to double the recipe for most desserts and some dinners 😋 (I have been lucky with you making nice large dishes! ) Every one of your recipes I made have been a huge hit. Love them all ❤️ P. S. Sometimes I cannot find the sheets, so I just use the perforated. Plus it gives it more dimension. I'm glad you enjoying watching.

They look delicious. I would probably cut the length in half or even quarters so you can dip each end in whipped cream and not have to "double-dip".

Looks good. I think Pillsbury makes crescent dough in a sheet, not perforated. I will try this, I have a couple of large cans of the mix. Grandma Sue in central Indiana and Izzi Too

Hope you enjoy. Some times I have a hard time finding the crescent dough sheets so I just go with the original since the perforated edges are fine in this dessert. :)

these would be great for a Sunday morning. You can also use chocolate cookies or wafers. Use regular graham crackers and add a little chocolate to them.

This dough can't be in the freezer, it would break up in pieces. But it works well for this if it's kept refrigerated up to the moment. Thanks so much for enjoying watching this video.

Couldnt find pumpkin pie filling in my local grocery store here in Lake City, Florida. Store note says manufactuer having production problems. So my husband who grew up in the country. Suggested using canned sweet potatoes. Gonna try mashing them and using them for this recipe. We'll let you know how it works out.

Favorite part of this: you are using pumpkin pie mix! No one ever does and they emphasize "100% pure pumpkin" over and over. I am always wondering where the ladies are at that use the mix because if no one used it, they wouldn't sell it! THANK YOUUUU!!! 🥧🍂🍁

Thanks. Yeah, this filling is great for lots of things. I've used the 100% pure pumpkin if I needed to change the level of spice or sweetener.
