Tuna Fish Cutlets (or Tuna Cakes) are an easy and quick recipe to cook up and add to your regular meal or a party spread! I keep the recipe simple- I do not see the need for too many spices or herbs. Ingredients:
2 Tuna fish tins (180 grams each); drain out the oil
1 large Onion, chopped fine
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1/2 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
3-4 Green chilies (not spicy ones, or as preferred)
3-4 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Coriander
2 Bread slices, soaked in water for a few seconds
1 Whole Egg
Breadcrumbs for coating
Oil to shallow fry
