I hope you love this video! What are your favorite quick go-to meals?! Please share! For more daily updates, please follow my Instagram here: instagram.com/fullyrawkristina/ 🍍
grated zuckini with grated tomato and lemon juice. cheese grater is available in most kitchens. you have to mash it with hands or fork according to rawveganse.
You’ve pretty much covered all the quick go to meals. You can never go wrong with grabbing a few pieces of fruit. Easy to grab, clean, easily discarded. ❤
Kristina, I stumbled across some of your videos three months ago and now I make watching Your videos a part of my daily routine. I've challenged myself to eat fully raw meals 3 days out of the week and I lost 13lbs in 5 weeks and my doctor is happy with my numbers. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you❤
I see why you can juice and eat healthy, you grow your own fruits and I live in an apartment impossible would love to be able and love to have the space to live in Paradise💐🌺🌱
Hi Kristina! Great video..I usually opt for fruit or juice when I'm pressed for time. I try to prep things for lunch and dinner so I can just put together lettuce wraps and salads. I've been making fermented cashew cheese which is so versatile and delicious.
Love this video! Thanks Kristine! So refreshing to watch when I feel like I am getting off track! Makes me crave the yumminess of the raw food! Now I cant wait for my salad and smoothie for lunch and dinner! HUGS!
Thank you beautifully Kristina!!❤. You were actually the first person to inspire me to go fullyraw. It’s been a long journey and I have gone back and forth. But realize raw works best for my body and mind:). For the longest time, I wish we were neighbors lol I’m a massage therapist for over 15 yrs, would be happy to give you a massage with helpful raw tips from you🥰. Thanks for all you do!
Amazing! I love the wraps what a great idea, ill be adding that to my lunch list!! I've just started easing into the raw diet so I'm doing the raw til 4 at the moment. My pre bike ride breakfast meal is a delicious smoothy with 2 mandarins, an orange, a quarter of a lemon and an apple to break my fast with alkalining my body first thing in the morning. Lunch I'll simply have broccolini, asparagus, avocado, cherries and berries. And dinner I'll have a cooked soup. Feeling incredibly bright, energetic, intelligent and confident since cutting out processed foods and meat and just about ready to go 100% raw. I heard that if you dive straight into fully raw without easing into it, it can shock your system because of the parasites that over ride the body from a dead food diet (processed food, dairy and meat products)?
please go to whole foods, in nashville, 1 pound bags of organic is 2.99, these are for organic honey crisp apples. which i believe are one of the more pricey varieties. also, since its summer, farmers markets are great places to go! try going toward the end of the day and ask to buy all of a vendors leftover product. theyre trying to get rid of as much as possible because they dont want to have load and deload the produce. hope this helps!
Hello. I have a question which isn't meant to be rude, but a genuine enquiry. If you had type 2 diabetes, how can you eat a platter of papaya and not have a spike in your blood sugar? Surely having had diabetes before, you're predisposed to it?
Congratulations!! Your so beautiful inside and out, thank you for all your videos....especially this one as I’m tired today and hungry and I need a go to

How are your teeth? I’ve been a vegan for the last 3 yrs and found more sensitivity within my teeth. The acidity of the fruits and also lack of calcium. Any advice or shared experience
Get your calcium from greens, tahini, nuts/seeds etc. If you eat a lot of fruit or juices, rinse your mouth after with water. It will help. Don't listen to this other comment, it's ridiculous. Kristina has great teeth because she does great dental care for herself.
@fullyrawkrinstina… you may have answered this someone along the line, but when you eat your food do you eat the entire bowl of food you make at one sitting or do you set it aside and eat part of it later. I’m brand new to this and trying to incorporate one raw food to each mean plus one raw food meal a day.
Start with fruit and lime water. Then try a simple salad with either a whole or half package of greens. Then add your other fresh veggies or fruits. Keep doing it but the key is to also DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. 😄 And take your vitamins.
That's my issue...it's like watching a rich person eating stuff I could never afford. I tried to buy a dragonfruit it was $12.50 so no way can I afford that.
Great ideas! Although there is always food preparation involved with raw foods - washing, chopping etc, these suggestions are as simple and tasty as is possible🥬🥑🍇
Love your content. It would be lovely to see you create a video of you in real time building your salads and meals. Something a bit different than voice overs and b roll just a thought. 🤍
Yes, I’ll answer in case she doesn’t but other Fruitarians have answered this question before…you can juice with a Vitamix blender and I do it all the time…got rid of my Breville Fountain Plus Juicer too but when you juice with a Vitamix blender, the difference is you will get the fruits fiber with it. It won’t be extracted like,it would with a proper juicer but I now feel that it’s okay to get the entire fruit in my drink.
B12 comes from bacterias. You can get B12 from vegetables that have been pulled out of the ground if you don't wash all the little bits of dirt off. It's actually good for you. There have also been plenty of studies done.
I eat fruit all day whenever I’m hungry, then 1 green juice in morning and 1 smoothie per day. Been loving it so much especially in summer time. My problem is winter as I live in Pennsylvania. All I want in winter is hot soup…I need to move somewhere warm lol
Thank you for all you do with showing us how to eat and heal by being fully raw and vegan. My question for you is, do you eat the portions that you show in this and other videos or do you eat less? I have portion control issues because I have many metabolic issues at this time and my body is always urging me to eat and I also have some emotional food related issues as well. I am a T2 diabetic (63yo, diagnosed in 2004) and have been doing what doctors say to do since then (magic pills and injections) to no avail. I am taking charge of my health/life (doctors aren't happy) but any progress has/is going very slowly with only minimal improvement. My body will no longer tolerate any slip ups (portions too large or too many carbs) so my sugars will skyrocket and it then takes huge effort to get things back under control. I am a bit overwhelmed and at a loss as to what to do for myself. I know that the lifestyle you promote is very healthy but I have some anxiety over the previously mentioned issues.
yes she does. But I don't think you should ask her for advice. She is not a doctor. You should consult this with a nutritionist and/ or someone who is specialized in this field. Asking for help from RU-vidr is so silly 😅
My quick meal that is delicious consist of : 1) sliced banana with cinnamon sprinkled 2) raisins or fresh figs 3) carrots shreds 4) crushed walnuts Banana meal I call it
Even though I love your lifestyle, your videos are becoming monotonous. What about the other issues, concerns, happiness, habits with this lifestyle? Answering questions from your followers. Dehydrator cooking. There has to be more that making smoothies, dressings etc.
Some other videos Kristina has made lately: ice cream, why i stopped watching TV, my mom's health journey, workout with me, how to stop binging and overcome food cravings, gardening and farmer's market finds, current fitness routine, 700+ fruit trees planted, mini cupcakes...and that's in the last three months. No one is forcing you to watch her videos so stop complaining.
