On your radio, does your buttons have back lighting during the day when you do not have the headlights on? My back lighting behind the buttons only comes on if I switch the headlights on, during day when headlights in not used the back lighting doesn't work. I can't find anything in the radio manual about switching the back lighting on and off. It's a little annoying if the car is in a dark spot during the day and one can't see the different buttons on the radio. Thanks for the radio removal video, I struggled getting the radio out until I saw your video. I got it out easily after watching your video. Keep them coming!!!

Can a single din be installed at the same place?

Hi , mate. I tried the same, but my stereo .. Which is identical in the video doesn't come out ??? Is there any suggestion 🤔

this way i can change it to a pioneer or kenwood or whatever I like.. but what to do when i have to remove the pioneer head unit ? it wouldn't have these holes .. right

Mine doesn't have any holes..... do I have to pull panels?

Day 3 of trying this with no luck. If I get to day 5 I'm just going to drill the whole unit out.

At risk of sounding like an idiot, I’m struggling to find the springs.. is it different on an ML?
