To make pasta for four servings, you will need:
Onion - 1 medium
Garlic - about 5 cloves
Oil - 1 fl oz (30ml)
Champignon mushrooms - 15.9 oz (450g)
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
5 pepper mix - 1/2 teaspoon
Mediterranean seasoning - 1 teaspoon
Thyme - 1 teaspoon
Parsley flakes - 1 teaspoon
Truffle sauce - 2 teaspoons
Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz (500g)
Cream - 15% - 13.5 fl oz (400ml)
Parmesan cheese - 1.4 oz (40g)
Fettuccine Pasta - 7oz (200g)
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté on medium heat for about 6 minutes. Add the chopped mushrooms. Add the spices. Sauté on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. Add the chicken fillet. Sauté for about 10 minutes. Cook the pasta until it's al dente. Add it to the pan. Add the cream and Parmesan. Cook on low heat until the sauce thickens.
