Easy Rhubarb and Almond Tart Recipe Scottish Family Favourite 

This delicious rhubarb and almond tart recipe is so easy to make and really lovely with the addition of fresh Summer strawberries on the top!
It's definitely one of our favourite recipes to make in the Late Spring and Early Summer months. You can slice it up and take it on a picnic or enjoy it after a Summer BBQ and it's really quick to throw together if you use premade puff pastry. You can of course make your own if you prefer.
