In this video you will see how to pipe the prettiest rosettes with buttercream! See how quick and simple it is to make this cake design. I used Swiss Meringue Buttercream however you can use whichever buttercream you prefer! The piping tip used is Ateco#825, this is similar to Wilton 1M. The piping bag is a 12" disposable bag by TMP(Truly Mad Plastics). The cake in the video is 8" and about 6" in height.
