Ingredients:
🔸French fries - 500g
🔸Oyster mushrooms - 120g
🔸Smoked bacon - 100g
🔸Fried onion - 30g
🔸Tamaki BBQ Sauce - 40g
🔸Tamaki Cheese Sauce - 40g
🔸Vegetable oil - 1 l
🔸Salt - 2g
Cooking method
1. Heat vegetable oil to 170°C. There should be several times more oil than potatoes. Add potatoes to oil and fry until golden brown, 5-7 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove potatoes from oil and place on paper towels to remove excess fat. When the potatoes have cooled a little, salt them.
2. Heat a frying pan and fry the bacon on both sides until well browned and crispy. Place the fried bacon on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Chop the bacon slices. Place oyster mushrooms in this frying pan and fry.
3. Place potatoes on plates and top with fried oyster mushrooms, bacon and onion fries. Top with Cheese sauce and BBQ sauce Tamaki.
