EQUIPMENT
Universal measuring cup 8 oz. (240 ml)
INGREDIENTS
2 cups milk
1½ tbsp. vanilla sugar (20 g)
3 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. sugar (a teaspoon for each cup)
1 tsp. cinnamon (about half a teaspoon for each cup)
INSTRUCTIONS
1) In a saucepan, pour 1½ cups of milk and bring it to a boil.
2) In a bowl, mix the leftover half a cup of milk with three tsp of cornstarch until the mixture is soft and has no clumps.
3) As the milk in the saucepan starts to boil, add the previous mixture and stir until it thickens.
4) Shut the flame and add sugar and vanilla sugar to taste-we don’t recommend adding too much sugar because there’s vanilla sugar already.
5) To serve it properly, pour the drink into a cup and sprinkle some cinnamon, shredded coconut, chopped walnuts, or anything you like on top.
