More commonly called Pigs-in-a-Blanket, this is a simple recipe to help you cook great appetisers for this festive season! Choose a sausage variety of your preference; I’ve picked plain Chicken here and hence I named my dish differently :)
To make this a sweet breakfast treat, replace the sausage with some chocolate; you’ll have a warm, delicious chocolate bread roll to enjoy on a cold winter morning!

Ingredients:
(Makes 12)
1/2 Cup or 120 ml Warm Milk
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Instant Yeast
1 Cup or 120 grams All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Salted Butter (soft, room temperature)
12 Sausages of choice
Egg for the top, optional (you may use milk)
Black and White Sesame Seeds
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes on the middle rack.

I tried this receipe. Rolling the sausage was a little messy. My fingers were not firm. Means not neat as like shown in the video.😢 the baking was good but while biting, the sausage got loosened from the croissant. How did it happen?

Thanks for your interest in this recipe, @leenfern3594! The brand I use is Josef Marc (it’s a 250grams pack). I recommend deep freezing it after opening the pack. This will extend its shelf life ✨
