Nihari is one of south Asia traditional dish. Its full of nutrients & flavour. The word nihari means empty stomach, So basically its considered breakfast recipe but people usually eat it at any time of day i.e lunch or dinner. Its also a very good idea for party or wedding ceremony dish idea.
