Episode 3 of the Blythe Series
Here, I show you how to remove the customary eye spring and replace it with a pull string to create the Sleepy Eye effect on a DBS Blythe doll. It is a quick transition to perform.
You'll need a single sturdy thin cord of your choice (or two matching ones if you're replacing both). Beads if you'd like to adorn your pull strings, and make sure there's enough length when the chords pull each other in slightly. Don't forget to make a loop or have a large charm at the end for stability when grabbing the pull string. My demonstration thread was 18 inches for reference.
