Wow lovely to see your Homemaker plate. Got me all nostalgic remembering visits to my Nan's house. I have about a dozen of them but they are all wrapped and safely packed away I cherish them maybe too much and fear breaking them. Maybe it's time to at least free one of them for the Christmas season and see how many family visitors notice it? Thank you for reminding me of this little priceless treasure I had tucked away.

Crostini, creamcheese, salmon and caviar. A warmed vol-au-vent, filled with soft scrambled egg, salmon and caviar on top (Egg Benedict with red caviar through the hollandaise?) for a very special breakfast. I agree they are fabulous especially during a cocktail party that I think we really need to get back to on a professional level not a college bash party if you know what I mean. But nothing says class when you make it simple yet special and extravagant with these. Do you have a video on how you made the Bellini’s?
