Easy Snack Shape Scrumptious Dessert Recipe
Ingredients:
1 egg
50 grams softened butter
100 milliliters water
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 packet vanilla
A pinch of salt
3 cups flour (approximately)
1 packet baking powder
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
For the syrup:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Juice of a quarter lemon
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine egg, butter, water, vinegar, vanilla, and salt, and mix well.
Gradually add flour while kneading until the dough comes together.
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
Add cocoa powder and vegetable oil to one part of the dough and knead.
Roll out each portion of the dough separately.
Layer the plain dough at the bottom, cocoa dough in the middle, and plain dough on top.
Roll out the dough using a rolling pin.
Cut into small squares.
Press each square with your fingers to shape them.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
For the syrup, combine sugar, water, and lemon juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Soak the fried desserts in the syrup.
Serve after they have cooled down.
Tips:
Be careful not to add too much flour while kneading the dough. It's important to achieve a soft dough consistency.
You can sprinkle flour while rolling out the dough.
