I totally forgot to loosen up, but this band reminded me. I love pink floyd and I think this band did a nice job with this album version. It is fun to listen to.
Hands down, this song is so so sweeet, the way they transformed it into an uplifting reggae swing and roots feel, but let's not forget to give tribute to FRANKIE PAUL'S deep and infections vocals... He's reminiscent of a Dennis brown ay?! I no joke listened to this song over n over for about 3 hours one day
@TheFubbick DUDE I've cried listening to loads of songs Especially the original Dark side of the moon its because music is so fucking incredibly amazingly awesome its not emo to cry god damn it emotions in music go back to the origins of music but yeah i do cry with tears of joy at alot of pink floyds stuff their just so awesome and this version is awesome too
Don't know if I'd say 'better', but definitely a wonderful interpretation, and an absolute tribute to Pink Floyd. I heard this song on NPR late one night, and ordered it it that hour. A constant on my studio playlist.
justz000t no such thing as better than the original. Stop with that pretentiousness. They do an amazing version. But alas it's not the original which without they wouldn't have a song to immulate. Duh
Por que siempre hay gente ignorante? crei que la edad primitiva se habia terminado. este cd es una obra maestra, disfrutable al escucha y un gran tributo a Pink Floyd, como podes decir esas palabras?
this album is a great tribute to a great album of one of the best bands ever "Us and Them" is far from being my favorite track in DSOTM but this version is one of the best tracks in the tribute album
Very clever is these guys. Respect to the bottle to do it. This has probably pissed off the Floyd Disciples around the world. I love Pink Floyd and think this is refreshing in a non progressive way.
@TheSpacejazzy Why are you so defensive? There's no point in comparing this to the original, that's not the purpose of the song... Take it for what it is.
