Today we are doing something a little different on the channel! Now that many of us have experienced a summer harvest it is time to make some magic in the kitchen. This is one of my favourite appetizer dishes to make for friends and family when they come over. Let's make my classic Frank's Garden Fresh Salsa!
WHAT YOU NEED //
Basil (10+ leaves)
Tomatoes (about a cup diced)
Garlic (2-3 cloves)
Green (Spring) Onions (2-3)
Parsley (handful)
Olive Oil (1-2 tsp)
White Wine Vinaigrette (start with 1tsp and add to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Mix and Voila!
Pair with fish, eggs, baguette, cristini's and more!
These measurements vary depending on what you have available to you. From this video you can see I used a good amount of everything! Go light on the oil and white wine vinaigrette to start and add to taste.
