Easy Taco Classic
This is so easy and delicious ! It's like making a dump cake because you just dump the ingredients in and bake. This is what I did....
Dump Chili Cheese Fritos in the bottom of a casserole dish then layer with re enchilada sauce. You can brown hamburger and dump that in if you wish then spread a layer of canned Nacho Cheese sauce or that. Chop up Vidalia or green onion and placed on top of that. I drained a can of black beans and spread on next. I spread a can of refried beans on top of that. I also spread a can of mild diced green chilis on top. Last I poured on a bag of Mexican Blend Cheese to cover the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
When I get it out of oven I garnish with chopped green onion, sliced black olives, avocado and sliced grape tomatoes. I also serve sour cream, salsa and guacamole on the side. Fabulous for all ages !
Some enjoy some extra chili cheese chips to munch with this dish. Oh yum !!
