Easy Thai Lemongrass Chicken and Rice Noodle Soup

In this video, I am making a very easy Thai Lemongrass Soup. It only takes about 40 minutes to make, and most of that is just simmering time. It has a very savory flavor, and is finished with Citrus Zest and Juice to add some brightness. In the video, I also make a trip to the asian grocery store to learn about asian noodles, lemongrass and more.

Thank you for the feedback Hannah, there are quite a few foods that are significantly better value at asian markets. I am going to go further into that in future videos
