I had a hard time picking. But I think the ladder is my favorite. It's gorgeous. I live in the Pine Tree State so I might try it if I can find a ladder. ♥️

Not sure if you’ve ever heard of this before but the creators of VeggieTales actually put out a video called. “Why do we call it Christmas”. My grandmother gave it to my kids when they were younger and I absolutely love it because it actually shows how the Christmas Tree, Santa Claus, and a lot of things that are involved with the holidays point towards and/or stem from God and the Bible. It’s very informative but in a great kid minded way. I enjoyed watching and learning from it as well as an adult. I really believe that it’s something the churches should promote more by showing it to children in Sunday school and in the nursery.
Those that created that video actually have a whole series of "What's In The Bible" I've learned more from those videos as an adult than any other study!! All of us live them!! Found them on Amazon and ebay!!
Love the Nativity scene you set with the ladder! You could even add some favorite ornaments to it and use it instead of a traditional tree. Very meaningful.

Our grandbabies lived a lot of their life at a children's hospital. They both are in heaven now , at peace with our Lord. Ronald McDonald house was a blessing to our daughter the whole time . Thank you for making it a special place.
The last time I went to a thrift store, I was looking for cheap t-shirts to cut up to make a hooked rug. They wanted just about as much for the used t-shirts as going to a discount store and buying a brand new t-shirt. I bought the brand new. On another note……. I just love all your designs!!!

The crèche was absolutely stunning. What a fabulous idea - and guess what I have sitting in my garage - an old ladder I bought off Facebook Marketplace! I may have to steal your idea - the figurines were so sweet and tender, it made me tear up because of the reminder of why we actually celebrate Christmas. I just always think about how scared Mary must have been and how supportive Joseph was. It just really moves me. I love your Thread Up finds. Loved the crèche!!! What a way to put Jesus on a pedestal. When you said you found a hurricane then said actually two, but you only got one , I just prayed again for your family. Hope all is well with the weather and that the second "hurricane " didn't give you a moments worry.
