In the manual they fasten the seat together with the handrails first, but in the video they do it with the pillow first. I did something in between. First both handrails, then screwed one out, fasten pillow, then the rest together. The 2nd handrail wasn't so easy to fasten when everything else was assembled, but if you just get the screws into the holes it's fine. I used my spare L / 25 mm screw after for the last one, just in case the screw hole got damaged. Looks good when it's done.

Thank you for watching! The orange button on the end of the thinner portion of the part is the trigger to make it extend. When pressed, it'll extend in length. The same button is also the unlocking mechanism, when triggered by the adjusting lever, that'll raise or sink the seat depending on the weight applied. :)

honestly, mine is not easy to assemble, it took me 3 hours, and still can't fit it, i followed your tutorial, but i think my item is a hard nut to crack. this is the sad part when you are assembling something you are not used to do.

It depends po siguro sa paggamit maam/sir at depende din po sa quality ng nabili nila, itong nabili namin 3 wheels pa lang po napalitan since nung nabili namin, dahil sa paggamit ko ng hindi tama, na out of balance ako noon, kaya nasira ang wheels, at mura lang naman po ang pamalit na wheels, kaya okay lang po samin. Bukod dun okay pa naman po ang upuan namin, hanggang ngayon nagagamit pa po ng maayos, kahit may katabaan po si hubby at ginagamit niya rin po yan :) Mas tumagal to samin compared sa una naming nabili. Maybe it's because I am a small woman (4'9") that I failed on the first step. I was not able to push the casters into place so they would not fall out. I was also unable to figure out how to attach the armrests to the back of the chair. I hope a male boarder will be willing to put it together for me using this guide if needed. I just wish these came preassembled.

Thank you for watching and for asking. Yes po. Raise mo lang po ang lever/Control/Adjustment control, yung #4 part po ng upuan sa video/manual. Tapos lagyan niyo po pressure or upuan niyo po habang inaangat ang control para may weight, at bababa na po siya. Kung patataasin naman po dapat wala pong weight ang ibabaw ng upuan. Thank you :)

Sorry to hear that po. And sorry for late reply. Wala na po kaming tinanggal or nilagay na iba sa wheels, basta sinalpak lang po namin siya. Baka may defect po sa butas na lalagyan ng wheels or sa pin ng wheels.

Hi, thank you for reaching out. Wala po siyang specific na tawag sa office chair, part na po siya ng #10 (legs). Cover/cap connector po siya sa legs (#10) at gas lift cylinder (#5). Similar po siya sa cover ng stand fan, tawag dun sa fan "stand fan base end cap".
