I FOUND OUT HOW TO PUT THE SOLID TIRE ON EASILY!!! After trying for 2 hours with a boiled tire and WD-40 with no success, I tried something new. 1) Put the room temp solid tires in the microwave for 3 mins. 2) Put on gloves. I started with rubber gloves, but the tires were too hot to touch so I used leather gloves. 3) When the tires are done heating up, rub dish soap on the inner part of the tire. 4) Then take the tire to the wheel, make sure the arrows on the tire will be facing toward the front of the scooter 5) Wrap the wheel from the bottom and force the tire on. It will go on pretty easily without much force. I didn't even have to use levers for this. 6) After it's on make sure to straighten the tire by using a long tool to poke thru the honeycombs and pull the inner part of the tire toward the center of the wheel. I took it out for a ride after this and it was perfect. I got back home without a popped inner tube for maybe the first time ever. I hope this helps somebody out there!
tnx sa tutorial sir kaso advice ko lang kung may mga pede ilagay na sapin para d magalos while prying, honestly ang sakit sa mata ng customer makta yan haha. napalit nga tires, galos naman iniwan sa rims. just my 2 cents :)
@@joetechdxb1664 and @M C 1 it affects range and speed tremendeously. Expect 30-50 % less range and 20 % less speed. Did for me, when I changed. Went from 20 km range to 10 and speed is now max 25 km/t on flat from 30. But I dont mind - The flats are a pain in the butt
how the hell do we open the 18mm nut? Is it anti clock wise or clock wise? i damaged by nut trying to open it ... damn it super tought to open the 18mm nut
Sir bago pa lang scooter ko napansin ko ung gulong nya umootso pag tumatakbo kya pla sobrang tagtag.may part ng goma na matambok meron nman medyo flat.tingin nyo sir factory defect o hndi maayos pagkakalagay ng goma.
I replaced my front tire with a solid tire, but it won't spin now. The front tire seems jammed, it can only move back and forth about an inch. What did I do wrong? How do I fix it?
Check your motor wiring if any burn or damage wiring if look ok,open your controller if any burning circuit wiring, if not disconnected blue wire from motor and try to spin if to your hand, if the motor free wheel controller issue

@@joetechdxb1664 pero po sinukat ko ung sa pnka edge ng rim 16.5cm cya samantalang hetong solid tyre ko ay 14.8cm pupwede po ba talaga ikabit ito? 1cm+ gap po cya?
Thier are to much solid tire honeycomb tire , hallow solid tire , better the hallow solid tire this tire look similar like inflatable tire, not to much hard unlike the honeycomb to much hard on the road
