It’s so true but at the same so hard! I give advices for making a person being better, and I really it. But when it’s time to male my self feeling better it’s way harder. P.s. anyway thank you for your videos they are really helpful!
Can ocd ever be like, suggestions in your thoughts? Like thinking "I don't /have/ to wash my hands, or I don't /have/ to squint my eyes and nose together, I'm just doing that because I feel like doing that and probably should." Or even "Squinting relieves stress somehow so I'm going to keep doing that." And if I don't do it, I'm not necessarily afraid, but I can feel that I didn't do it and wanted to.
