I want to share something, I only discovered this strategy after 2 years of playing the game but before that, I struggled finding crates to sell by sailing on the shores looking for lost floating cargo and the funny thing is that hostile pirates chase after me and mess up everything. 😅

That is a feature in the game that is least effective in making money. Here is why, if you send your ship for that journey it may carry back to you goods worth a thousand, but the worst part of it is that the game also tells you that "your ship may not return" you may lose your ship so it is not good. But in my tutorial, I showed that you can have enormous money, but first you have to capture and upgrade as many bases as possible, it is important because they will serve as your source of income, then you can travel from any nation that has the longest traveling time - this will keep your base producing cargo. Let's say you traveled from Jackson Ville to Naparima for 24 days, your bases will also produce cargo worth for 24 days of work which you can then sell for massive amount of money, that's why you have to buy all map so you can travel (46 days) worth of cargo which is extremely expensive if sold and only takes 2 trips of travel. It doesn't matter which nation to travel back and forth to, for as long as it is at the edge of the map and to the opposite edge of the map which has the longest traveling time you can have enormous amount of cargo sold so you don't have to "wait for 3 days" in a row.

@@baconentertainment8622 right at start of game, when you take your first base. I always recommend players spends points to upgrade base first. Upgrade the shipyard as high as possible. Once you have trade post on the island, which should be a priority. You have your first access point to endless money in the game. Go open waters and take any ship, use cannons and grape shot. Even a sloop, the ship type doesn't matter. You just need a second ship. Once you have second ship, go open waters again. Remove the cannons from your ship. Go back to port and sell the cannons. Repair ship, with upgraded shipyard you get a reduction in bill to replace the cannons. Go back to open waters, remove the cannons, then go sell again. Repeat this process, you can make thousands of gold and never really leave port.
Having many ships or fewer does not indicate anything. You can have a single fully upgraded "1st rate" yet destroy 10 ships all at once if you know how to use it, I have tried it. As for me, I collect all types of ships in the game, having them does not make any difference, I just do it for collection and splendor.
Both, the developer puts so much effort to the story in their second game, Pirates: the plague of the dead. In that series of the game, making money Is so much easy than in their first game (pirate : carribean hunt) because in this first series, the developer emphasizing trade, money and navy management aspect.
Mostly it's a Open world, because this game has a huge map, but once you beat this game, it turns out into a boring game but makes you fast to Miss it😂
Yes that's the problem bro, i'm Trading with flute Type ship, and i'm cut the crew ships worker. I'm trade by buying the cheap goods and selling it to high price harbor. It's very risky, but it's very worth, i'm making around 90 Million. But after a long time doing this, the Crew price is very expensive after it, and after i cut to the limit of the ships.
Never, And I mean NEVER develop the Passanger transport skill☝💀 Just stick to collecting money from trades mission and more conviniently smuggling mission😃
I'm level 23 got some good ships, like 2th rate and a warship, 2 corvetes... But I'm struggling to mantain them hhahah, need to see if theres a way to get more money and not sell some ships '-'
