Thank you for your recipes. Homemade Annatto Oil: Combine 1 cup vegetable oil & 2 tbsp Annatto seeds in a saucepan and cook over medium low heat for 5 minutes. Allow the oil to cool around 5 minutes & strain the seeds from the oil using a mesh strainer. P.S. I'm going to try your Curry Goat recipe. 😋
