Hey Ria I noticed that when I use the Himalayan pink salt i use more than I would with regular white salt. My mom has high blood pressure so I have to be very careful when cooking with salt & whenever I do use the pink salt I'm always worried because I know I would never put as much with regular. I guess I have to research it. Your pelau looks great, perfect for a quick Sunday meal.

Hi Ria my sister to you and your family Happy New Year 2022 may this year bring you health happiness prosperity and most important stay safe love you all stay safe bye.
@@CookingWithRia Ria. I thoroughly enjoyed your informative video on how to make the green seasoning. If decide to add oil to it could I use olive or grape seed oil? I feel it will store longer in the fridge with the oil mixed in. Also what kind and where do you buy the already peeled garlic cloves. Would you use the ready minced garlic that is available. I have to say I am not comfortable using garlic coming from Asia. They have had some bad publicity in the past. Your advice would be most appreciated.
