Dear.....try this once. 1 spoon red Chilli powder 1 spoon Coriander powder 1/2 spoon cumin powder 1/4 spoon turmeric powder 1/4 pepper powder. 1 lemon juice. Salt. Mix this well and apply it to fish. Let it marinate for 30 minutes. Coat fish with semolina. Then fry the fish in oil in pan. First 1 minute in high flame , then in low flame. You will enjoy the delicious crispy juicy fish fry.🙂🙂

Thats actually overcooked but thats ok and wont hurt nothing but if you want the tral experience you definitely want to shorten the time on the cook side and leave a nice beautiful raw pink in the middle.
